Great athletes need great coaches.
Sedrick DuRant #21 - President
A 1991 graduate of Plant City high School, where he lettered in football and track & field. After high school Sedrick attended Bethune Cookman College in 1991-1992 and walked onto the football team. In 1997 he received an offer from the RFL (Regional Football League) and in 1999 he tried out for the Tampa Bay Storm Arena Football team (AFL) and in both cases a knee injury kept him from realizing those dreams. Instead of giving up his passion for sports and fitness, and with some inspiration from his cousin Dane Jones, he focused his energy on training Youth Football players to get bigger, stronger and faster.
In 2001 Sedrick started Full Time Sports and Phantom Track Club. Full Time Sports has enabled him to become a personal fitness trainer to adults, offer high-performance training for youth and to organize Phantom Track Club - a non-profit organization (NPO) that imparts principles, discipline, leadership and teamwork to all who are a part of it. Sedrick's heart-felt desire is to make a positive impact on the community in providing a positive outlet for kids to keep them from other worldly influences.
Dane Jones - Assistant Coach
Dane graduated from Plant City High School with a 4.1 GPA in 2005 where he was a member of the All Academic Team and National Honor Society. He also was a 3 sport athlete playing football, basketball and baseball. Dane received a football scholarship to Thiel College in Greenville, PA and he lettered for 2 years there. He graduated Thiel in 2010 with a B.A. in Psychology. He then attended Webster university and earned his Masters degree in 2012 for School Guidance Counseling. Besides working with Sedrick and coaching for Full Time Sports, Dane is a Case management Supervisor for Devreux Behavioral Health Services.

Once I began training with Full Time Sports I have seen so
much improvement in my skills and strength. My speed has increased tremendously and my time has dropped graciously. The training in Full Time Sports is the cause of this new success. We do a variety of different things and it always has interest. I have seen an improvement in Track and also my other sport Basketball. I can jump higher and I even can last longer on the court and it’s all due to Full Time Sports.
Class of 2006 Bartow High School
Edward Waters College / Track& Field
I wanted to be the fastest kid in Florida. He told me that it’s going to be a lot of hard work and determination plus discipline. At the time the FHSAA 100 meter Record was 10.38 seconds by Walter Dix of Coral Springs High School. My 1st meet of my senior year 2006 I ran 10.33 seconds in the 100 meter. The first meet I broke the record but it did not count because it was hand time not electronic. In the 2006 Class 3A District 8 Track Meet in Winter Haven I broke the record, I ran 10.29 seconds in the 100 meter that was a blessing from God. He told me that I could do it with hard work, determination and discipline. Due to Full Time Sports and Coach Sed. I was able to achieve my goals.
